To those members of the New York Beach Club, please be advised that The Kantrow Law Group, PLLC, is counsel to New York Beach Club Ltd., solely in its capacity as a chapter 11 debtor-in-possession. As a debtor-in-possession, the Beach Club continues to operate its business. Its goal is to confirm a chapter 11 plan of reorganization. That process shall take some time. The Beach Club intends to open for the season as usual and operate.

• Visit the Bankruptcy Court’s website at www.nyeb.uscourts.gov
• On the left hand side of the homepage, locate “File Proof of Claim (ePOC)”
• Scroll down and select “File a Claim” to begin the process
• After you have selected “File a Claim” enter 26-70576 in “Case Number” and enter your name in the “Name of Creditor” box
• Follow each page accordingly in order to submit your claim
